A system upgrade for card services is scheduled between 10:00pm on Sunday 23 August, and 4.00am on Monday 24 August.
During this time, card services will be unavailable including:
- EFTPOS and card purchases
- ATM withdrawals
- Locking/unlocking cards
- Changing your PIN, and
- Requesting new cards.
Internet Banking and the BankVic app will not be impacted other than those elements mentioned above.
