Introducing the BankVic 2022 Annual Review
This year, BankVic is proud to publish our first Annual Review - a companion document to our Annual Report that will give our members and partners a rich insight into the work BankVic does beyond the financial performance for the year.
As a certified BCorp, BankVic has partnered with a range of organisations and charities that support our police and health members and their communities, and we are delighted to be able to tell these stories and report on the tangible impact that has been achieved.
This year, we contributed $442K in donations and sponsorships to these partners, which raised our total contributions since 2010 to $4M.
Our people are the heart of BankVic, and our commitment to their growth and sense of belonging is shown through wellbeing initiatives, a focus on diversity and inclusion and tailored professional development.
We also have a strong tradition of volunteerism, which we support by providing two days of paid community service leave each year.
