We are always improving our programs to better recognise and address the types of vulnerabilities that impact our members, and to support them to take early action.

Supporting Members

In Australia there is no one accepted definition of member vulnerability. Vulnerability is a personal situation where people are less able to represent their interests and are more exposed and susceptible to harm or loss. ​

Everyone may experience being vulnerable in their life and its impacts can be experienced differently. ​

BankVic considers members experiencing vulnerability may have or be experiencing the following (sometimes a number at the same time):​
