• Where can I find my member number?

  You can find your member number on your statement or on the welcome email you received when you first joined BankVic. If you can't find it, you can call us on 13 63 73.

• How do I download the BankVic app?
  • iPhone users can download the latest app from the App Store.
  • Android users can download the latest app from Google Play.

• How do I log into the app for the first time?

  If your app automatically updated from the previous version,  you will be able to log using your existing details.  If using biometrics (such as TouchID or FaceID)  you will now also be prompted to set a 6 digit PIN as a backup. 

  If you are re-registering, or using a BankVic App for the first time you will need to key in your member number and your internet banking password to start using the app. 

• How do I change my preferred login method?

  1. From the main menu select Settings and security > Security options 
  2. You can then change your preferred login method.

• How do I pay someone using the BankVic app?

  Simply open your BankVic app, select Pay > Pay anyone
